1. Trade Eligibility

Trade pricing and accounts are available only to legitimate businesses operating within relevant marine, detailing, valeting, or associated industries.

Nautafix reserves the right to approve, refuse, suspend, or terminate trade accounts at its discretion.

2. Pricing

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

Trade discounts are confidential and must not be publicly advertised unless authorised in writing by Nautafix.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• payment is required at the time of ordering,
• all invoices must be settled in full before dispatch.

Approved credit terms, where offered, must be paid within the agreed period.

Late payments may result in:

• suspension of supply,
• removal of trade pricing,
• or interest charges in accordance with applicable UK legislation.

4. Product Representation

Trade customers must not:

• make misleading claims about products,
• alter manufacturer instructions,
• remove safety labels,
• or misrepresent product performance.

All branding and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Storage & Handling

Trade customers are responsible for ensuring products are:

• stored correctly,
• rotated appropriately,
• and handled according to manufacturer guidance.

Nautafix accepts no responsibility for degradation caused by improper storage conditions.

6. Resale Restrictions

Nautafix reserves the right to restrict resale of certain products or brands.

Products may not be resold via third-party marketplaces without prior written approval.

7. Returns

Trade sales may be subject to different return conditions than consumer sales.

Opened, used, or partially used products are non-returnable unless proven faulty.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nautafix’s maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products supplied.

Nautafix shall not be liable for:

• loss of contracts,
• loss of business,
• labour costs,
• or consequential losses.
