Nautafix is not liable for courier delays caused by:

  • customs processing,
  • strikes or industrial action,
  • transport disruptions,
  • or events outside our reasonable control.

Nautafix currently ships throughout the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • import duties,
  • customs fees,
  • local taxes,
  • and compliance with local regulations regarding chemical products.

International delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Some specialist coatings, chemicals, or liquid products may be restricted for air transport or shipment to certain regions.

Nautafix reserves the right to cancel and refund orders where shipping restrictions apply.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Nautafix is not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect address information supplied during checkout.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or returned parcels.

6. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at: info@nautafixglobal.com

Claims for lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Nautafix will work with the courier to investigate before issuing a replacement or refund.

7. Damaged Deliveries

Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival.

If goods arrive damaged, leaking, or visibly compromised, customers should:

  • note the issue with the courier where possible,
  • retain all packaging,
  • and contact Nautafix within 48 hours.

Photographic evidence may be required.
