Any warranty assessment may require:

• photographs,
• and details of product usage and application.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• incorrect application,
• improper preparation,
• poor maintenance,
• contamination,
• environmental damage,
• normal wear and tear,
• or misuse.

3. Coating Performance

Ceramic coating durability is affected by multiple variables outside Nautafix’s control.

Claims relating to longevity or performance are based on manufacturer guidance and controlled testing environments.

4. Inspection & Claims

Any warranty claim must be submitted promptly upon discovery of the issue.

Nautafix reserves the right to:

• inspect products,
• request supporting evidence,
• or refer claims directly to the manufacturer.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under UK law, Nautafix shall not be liable for:

• indirect losses,
• loss of use,
• vessel downtime,
• labour or installation costs,
• travel expenses,
• or consequential damages.

Liability shall be limited to the replacement or refund of the affected product only.
